Your Memba CRM can be up and running in minutes. You then need to import your members and configure the settings for how you want the CRM and website to work for your business. As every customer is different, it's hard to put a precise time on the whole process, but it typically takes 1-2 weeks for a new customer to launch their portal and website to their members.
Memba costs from just £29 per month for up to 100 members. The cost per member decreases with every step up in package. If you need a custom number of members and admins, please contact our sales team for custom pricing.
We are obliged to review our charges from time to time to take account of currency fluctuations, inflation, general trading conditions and to ensure we can provide the level of service and support you expect, whilst at the same time remaining profitable. In the event that we intend to raise subscription prices, we will provide at least 90 days' notice.
Should you ever decide to move to another provider or technology, then we can provide an exported file of your content. As per the terms of our licence, you are not allowed to recreate our designs on another platform as this would infringe our copyright. Your member data in the CRM can be exported in .csv format and provided to you on request. Once your service is cancelled, your website is immediately unpublished and all data will be deleted within 7 days of termination.
In order to have your website up and running as quickly as possible, we advise customers to gather all their content and make this available in a single Microsoft Word file, with different page content clearly marked. Images are best provided in .jpg or .png format. Any downloadable files. such as PDFs and large images should be less than 10mb in size. Please note that we provide an optional service to add content for you, or we provide the template complete with placeholder content for you to update later.
The website templates that we have designed can be easily modified in terms of colours, images, text content and fonts. If you require custom changes to the functionality or page layouts, then our design team can assist you on a paid consultancy basis.
It takes around 1-2 hours to explain website content management basics and about the same time again to configure and manage your member portal. Both sessions can be covered within a morning or afternoon session and we can provide a screen recording of the sessions for you to refer to. Should you need extra help along the way our support team will be happy to assist you.
Memba is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is secure and not shared with any one else. When configuring Memba for your organisation you can choose what data to share among your membership base. Individual members can then choose whether they want to share their profile details with other members. All member data is available to your administrators. Memba acts as the data processor for you and can provide any additional information you need. For more details please refer to our terms of use and also to our privacy statement.
Your data is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services cloud servers, which supports 143 security standards and compliance certifications.
Our pricing packages are very flexible. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you wish to upgrade to add more members than your current plan allows, you can do this from your admin account settings. If you need to add a substantial number of additional members and would like assistance with this please contact our support team.

Yes, of course. With Memba you have the option to batch upload your members and it only takes a few minutes. We have a ready-made CSV template with the fields you require to map your existing member data into your new Memba CRM.
