You can easily upload documents to share with your members. You can choose to share these with all your members or members of specific companies (if you've opted to enable company memberships). You can also limit the access to documents to members of a specific smart group(s) or soley to your own team. You can upload all common document types including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Images and PDF.
All the tasks you create are visible in either a list view or calendar view. Task due dates can be set and tasks can be assigned to your colleagues. You can also associate a task with a specific member.
Any admin user can create a task, which they can then view on their calendar. In the task manager list view you get a complete overview of all tasks, their due dates and current status.
Member notes can be added by an admin user and attached to any member. These notes are private to you and your administrators and not visible to the member.
