Memba CRM has a built-in messaging module to remove the reliance on email for communicating with members. This keeps everything neatly in once place. Members can also message one another (if you have chosen to enable this option in settings). User's receive a notification in the app so show when a message has been received and is unread.
Memba CRM sends out a wide range of notifications to alert you and your members to new content or specific events. Within your settings you can configure up to 8 different types of notications such as when a new event is added or updated, a new message is received, a forum post is added, updated or replied to and whether a task has been assigned to you. Notifications are shown at the top of the screen so that you have easy access to anything new each time you login.
Keeping your members up to date with news is now a breeze. You can create news bulletins quickly and easily and members can read these whenever they login. Your most recent news item will be there on their dashboard. You can choose to write and 'save as draft' so that news can be written ahead of time and published whenever you're ready. You can also choose the audience for your news, for example, all members, members of a specific organisation or smart group or keep it as internal news solely for your fellow admins.
