Membership Plans
With Memba CRM you can create any number of custom membership plans. You give a plan a name, set a duration for how long the plan lasts and the payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, annually or lifetime). If you've enabled company memberships, then you can opt to have the company pay the subcriptions for all its individual members. Once you have at least one plan, you can then add subscribers to your plan.
What if you need a special report that's not bundled with Memba? Simple. Just contact our support team and if you've got the data, we've got the report. Simply fill in the report request form and leave the rest to us. Custom reports are available in your dashboard,
When you have set up at least one plan you can start to add subscribers. If you've enable Stripe payments in settings, then you can take online payment for all memberships and renewals.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to export your data from our platform. We're cool with that. Just let us know the data you wish to export and the frequency and we'll make this data available to you to download from your admin dashboard.
